    Motivo Disegno does not have a brick and mortar location however, you can visit Piastrella The Art of Flooring & Design Inc. in Brantford, Ontario with any questions or concerns.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Motivo Disegno does not have a brick and mortar location however, you can visit Piastrella The Art of Flooring & Design Inc. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
  • How can I book a service?
    In order to book a consultation with one of our designers please purchase a consultation on our shop page and provide your email address in the "notes" section when checking out. From there, our store will email you within 72 hours to set up an appointment. Additionally, send an email to info@piastrellafloor.com and we will be happy to assist you.
  • What is included in a consultation?
    Our consultations aim to provide a one-on-one experience in order to find unique solutions to any of your design or interior related questions. This can be over phone, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Typically, consultations cover any/ all of the following; - Answers to any of your design dilemmas - 30 minutes worth of product/ material sourcing post consultation (if required) - Personalized assistance with the following selections; Exterior finishes, flooring & tile, paint, counter tops, cabinetry, window & door styles, lighting, hardware & finishes, furniture and accessories.
  • What do I need to schedule a consultation?
    Prior to scheduling a consultation have an idea of what you are looking for and some inspiration. This could be photos from Instagram, Pinterest, magazines and other outlets in order to give us a better idea of your preferred design style. Photos of your space(s) are also important in order for us to provide a personalized solution that functions for your home. Please bring your inspiration ideas and photos of your space to the meeting or email them to us beforehand.
  • What if I need more than a 45 minute consultation?
    In our experience 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time to find solutions and gauge next steps for you. If you feel that you need more time we would be happy to discuss alternative options with you or schedule an additional consultation through email.
  • What if a product in the design package is no longer available?
    Our design packages are meant to provide inspiration for your interiors and give you a better idea of the products that we would put in a space for a given style. We recommend searching for a similar product that is available on the market and using our design package as a guideline. Alternatively, you can book a consultation with one of our designers & they will be happy to assist in sourcing a new option with you.
  • What if a product is out of my price range?
    Our design packages are meant to provide inspiration for your interiors and give you a better idea of the products that we would put in a space for a given style. We recommend searching for a similar product that works for your budget while using our design package as a guideline. Alternatively, you can book a consultation with one of our designers & they will be happy to assist you in sourcing options within your budget.
  • Where do you ship?
    Due to the digital nature of our products there is no shipping required.
  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Due to the digital nature of this product, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Please contact us directly if there is an issue with your product.
